This move is done without a glove. The coach is going to throw ground balls to the player. Players will be catching the ball with both hands, bringing the ball to their chest, and immediately throwing or darting the ball from their chest.
The coach is going to field balls to the player. There are several ways you can have the player setup. The first setup is kneeling on the ground. The coach will roll balls to the players. The player should field the ball, bring it to their chest, and immediately throw the ball back from their chest. The second setup is stationary with the player low to the ground and their feet wide. The player should field balls and throw from the chest while maintaining the low position. The last setup is while on the move. The coach should alternate rolling balls to the players left and right sides. The player should hop left and right to field the ball, bring it to the chest, and throw it from the chest.
