The Reverse Wall Pitching Drill is a great drill for pitchers who may be separating their hands too early.
A wall is needed to perform this drill. The player should get setup about 6 inches away from the wall.
- The player is going to make a throw while standing near to the wall.
It is important with this drill that the player does not hit or touch the wall. Hand separation should not occur while the player is near the wall. Over time this move will build up muscle memory.
