Purpose
The Sit-Up Throw Pitching Drill builds strength through the core while working on pitching follow through.
Setup
The player is going to lay on the ground with a wall in front of them. The player should be about 4 feet away from the wall.
Drill Instructions
- Do a sit-up and throw the ball at the wall.
Coaching Tips
The player should stay closed off and bring the chest forward as they throw the ball.
