The Turn Throw for Infielders Drill is another great move to continue warming up. This drill is ideal for infielders that are always making throws while on the move and off-balance.
Players begin facing each other and then turn 90-degrees to the opposite direction of their throwing arm: righties will turn 90-degrees to the left, and lefties should turn 90-degrees to the right.
The feet will stay planted when throwing. Players should rotate at the waist towards their partner and throw the ball. Repeat the throw up to 10 times.
