Setup
Set up a tee and baseball. The player should stand in a wide and open stance with the tee splitting their legs.
Directions
- With this move, players should imagine throwing a pizza into the oven.
- When the player is ready, they are going to coil back into their hips, swing, and fire.
- The goal is to hit a line drive over the second baseman. This move is great for practicing outside pitches.
- For another variation, the player can add a load and stride to the swing.
