Baseball Tools Practice Plans : 4 Week Training plans

Practice week 1: Day 3

Fundamentals - 1.5 Hour Practice

The fundamentals competition day will let your players take what they've learned over the past two days and show you how well they've progressed. Rate each player on a scale of 1-3, with 3 being the best, on how well they perform each of the fundamentals. This will give the players and their parents an idea of what they're doing well and where they could use some more practice.

These practice plans are an outline and flexible. Change however you see fit to your coaching philosophy.
